No, it makes me PHYSICALLY ANGRY, because the reboot Star Trek cast is flawless and their talent and chemistry and everything is wasted on bad scripts and sexism and how they are the least forwards science fiction ever. Gene wanted 50% female personnel on Star Trek and was refused and in the 21st fucking century where we could easily have 50%, it’s still so many fucking males. And neither do we get awesome race and gender discourse, not a single moment do we question the gender binary or really, any fucking binary there is, I AM SO MAD, Gene wanted to change the world and JJ has the perfect cast and so much money and he wastes it on lense flairs and Victoria Secret push-ups and casting get-me-all-the-crazy-fangirl-viewers-Cumberbatch for an iconic POC character, and I don’t even usually care that much about things like this, but Star Trek was a vision of the future, a better vision of humankind, and JJ and his shitty scriptwriters fucked it all up.
I’m curious if there’s an age requirement for the virgin sacrifices. I wonder if they have to be at least seventeen. Why take Heather and not take Stiles too? Or maybe Stiles just had good timing.
Well, the obvious answer is Stiles is too popular to die in the first few episodes, but you know I’m curious what the story line excuse will be.

Oh my god so they really did put Spock in a relationship without fucking telling Uhura about his bond with T’Pring. Yeah he’s supposed to be secretive about Pon Farr and junk but he wasn’t in a relationship in TOS so it makes no sense for him to be as secretive in this verse. If she honestly goes back to him after that I mean holy shit she better at least twist his ears off.

I don’t understand why he can’t just not explain the details of pon farr but like explain he has an arranged marriage or something to Uhura? Also, how logical is a relationship on the side? Was he expecting T’Pring vs. Uhura eventually?
They’re mistaking Spock’s silence in absence of a relationship like the one he has with Uhura in AOS for total silence no matter the circumstance. Spock treated it in “Amock Time” as a need to know thing. I would like to think if Uhura is in a relationship with him, she’d at least be allowed to know that T’Pring exists. Knowing T’Pring exists doesn’t mean Spock has to spill how the ritual goes.

If only tumblr had some kind of mass tag editor like facebook, where you could choose a single tag and click all your posts that it applies to.

My reply was too short to convey how to work the Tumblr tagging system. Here are some ways to work the system:
Your first five tags are public, but not on reblogs where no tags are public. So like say you want to go on about how you didn’t like ____ in xxxx you can tag your post something like #first #second #third #fourth #fifth #xxxx and then you don’t post hate to the main tag.
If you want to tag someone to get their attention, make an original post and tag them one of the first five tags like you just now did with this post.
If you want to show someone a reblog without posting a link to it to their FB. If you reblog the post, tag it with their username. It doesn’t matter what order you tag the username because it won’t show up in their tracked tag because it’s a reblog. However, because you tagged it say #uozumi, you can go to my page, add /ask onto my URL and tell me in my askbox that I should go to your page and check my tag. That tells me to go to your url and add /tagged/uozumi onto it and viola, all the reblogs you want to show me will appear along with any posts you want me to see too.

Longmire 2.4 reaction post. SPOILERS
Overall, it was a good episode and I liked it. That said, it also fell into a common trap that this show falls into where you can see all the dominoes falling into place just before they actually fall into place. But, I think I like the genre too much and a decent Western on TV is so rare now that I can overlook it. Walt and Branches’ tension is amping up which is really interesting. I also can’t wait to find out more about Vic’s past now that someone has found her. I’m glad that it was a creepy anniversary and not an affair kind of anniversary.

Teen Wolf 3.3 reaction post. SPOILERS.
Overall, it was like “What am I watching?” but sometimes in a good way, sometimes in a NO DON’T YOU DARE YA NOVEL- oh dang, you YA noveled on me way. I really like the idea of Blake/Derek, but not like this. I don’t want a YA I kissed a supernatural creature and now I’m immortal romance on my Teen Wolf. So, I hope that gets cleaned up if we revisit it. I mean Teen Wolf is one of those shows where I want to see a lot of pairings, a lot of character development that comes from dating other people since the main cast is at that age where you learn stuff about yourself through social interactions. Now as for the sacrifices, I don’t know. Maybe I’ll know how I feel about them once I know their purpose, but for now, it just seems like their purpose is to get Stiles off the hook for Heather’s disappearance and murder. It’s seems excessive and out of place, but maybe we’ll learn their place. I do, however, have to say that I miss Mr. Harris. I mean I know it’s probably illogical for him to show up now, but I just kind of would like to see him still in a sort of antagonistic role but repurposed maybe.
